It's disturbing how many Pros (and educators) get this information wrong.

You'd think beauty professionals (makeup, hair, skincare) would care more about sanitation for their client's health and safety based on SCIENTIFIC FACTS…especially after living through our COVID era.
Apparently not, because here we are, having an alcohol percentage debate - AGAIN!
